A FRESH NEW RESIDENTIAL ADDITION & REMODEL

Designing a new two-story addition onto the back of this 1970s suburban home added much needed space for the Master Suite and main-level Kitchen & Family Room.  Literally demolishing the house down to the original studs, Exline Design & Architecture worked with the project team to conceptualize an updated approach while keeping the original neocolonial aesthetic of the existing house.  Also adding a two-car garage and back-stairway brought a new level of convenience to this family's upbeat lifestyle.
